Subscription Policy

Agreement to Subscription & Cancellation Terms

By purchasing a subscription to KLYMAE™ Cayenne Drops, you explicitly agree to the Subscription and Cancellation Policy displayed at checkout, including authorization for recurring charges based on the selected delivery interval.

This includes the requirement of a minimum of two (2) completed orders before cancellation is allowed.

If you prefer to receive only one order, you must select the one-time purchase option when purchasing instead of the subscription.


How Our Subscription Works

Our subscription option includes a discount off the regular price and is designed for customers who want consistent access to KLYMAE™ Cayenne Drops at the best possible value.

When you subscribe:

- Your first order is charged immediately

- Your future orders are charged automatically based on the selected delivery interval

- After the second order is successfully processed, you may cancel anytime


Minimum Subscription Commitment (Important)

By choosing the subscription option, you agree to:

- A minimum commitment of two (2) orders

- The discounted subscription price is provided in exchange for this commitment

- Cancellation, skipping, or pausing is not permitted before the second order is               completed

This policy is clearly stated during checkout under the "cancellation policy", and completing your purchase confirms your acceptance of these terms.


Why Is There a Minimum of 2 Orders?

The discount is offered because:

- The product works best with consistent use

- Inventory is reserved specifically for subscribers

- We absorb upfront fulfillment, processing, and inventory costs

This commitment allows us to continue offering discounted subscription pricing fairly.


Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

Once your second order has been processed, you can:

- Cancel your subscription

- Pause future shipments

- Skip upcoming deliveries

- Update payment or shipping details

You can do this by:

- Logging into your customer account

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails:

- We will attempt to retry the payment automatically

- The subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be collected

- You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file


Money-Back Guarantee & Subscriptions

Our 90-day money-back guarantee does not apply to subscription orders that are part of the minimum commitment.

This means:

- The first subscription order

- The second recurring subscription order

are not eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee because they are required to complete the subscription commitment.

After the minimum of two (2) subscription orders has been completed, future orders will be eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee according to our Refund Policy.


Refunds & Subscription Orders

- Subscription orders that have already been processed are non-refundable

- This includes both the first and second required orders

- Refund requests based on misunderstanding of the subscription terms are not             eligible
